If you're having difficulty activating your roaming, troubleshoot in 3 quick steps:

1. Confirm that your device settings are correct:
   • APN is set to giga
   • Data Roaming is turned on
   • Default mobile data is set to giga SIM (for Dual SIMs only)
2. Turn on airplane mode for 5 seconds then turn it off to connect to mobile data. Alternatively, restart your device.
3. Manually select any of our preferred overseas network operator: from your device settings, look for network selection and turn off automatic to select another network. Our preferred partners are:
   • Malaysia: Maxis, U Mobile
   • Indonesia: Indosat, Telkomsel
   • Thailand: True Move, DTAC
   • South Korea: SK Telecom, KT Corp
   • India: Airtel, BSNL, Vodafone Idea
