Yes, you're welcome to port in your existing postpaid number from any Singapore telco. Simply select "Port-in" when signing up for your new gigaBuddy plan.

Note:

1. Only customers with an active giga mobile plan are allowed to purchase the gigaBuddy plan.
2. gigaBuddy plan is a data-only plan, hence you will not be able to make or receive any calls using the gigaBuddy plan.
3. You will be able to receive incoming SMS but outgoing SMS is not allowed.
4. To port in / transfer your existing number, ensure:
   • It is an active postpaid number (prepaid numbers and corporate numbers are not supported).
   • It is registered to your ID.
   • There are no outstanding bills or contracts with your ex-telco.
   • Do not cancel your line with your ex-telco. We will handle the porting process for you!
